The Fitness Suite:
Our fitness suite has all the necessary equipment for your personal training needs and developments.
The Mat:
Our matted area is over 50 squared meters. Matted with premium 40mm tatami mats. This area is perfect for any form of martial arts classes along with Yoga, Pilates and so on. This area is used for some of our strength & conditioning, cardio and HIT sessions.
